Last Thursday, the SeaWorld Orlando rescue team released three healthy manatees back into the wild. Laverne, Cami, and Cooper were rescued, rehabilitated, and released, thanks to SeaWorld and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission! The manatees were released near the Port St. John’s power plant in Brevard County, Florida, which will provide them with an area of warm water where they can meet other wild manatees.
